You mean you've set up proxy in the Deluge settings Deluge is known to leak when used with proxy. now, lest u consider the alternate scenario, that the 178.4 is really there, but is 13.36 of some LARGER batch (namely, 1.34G) that i somehow accidentally turned on, ill just mention that a) no, i didnt. i've even got nord logged directly into the deluge client. So, either use vpn-client with killswicth behaviour, and/or bind to VPN in torrent-client and/or use firewall rules to restrict access, and/or other meassures like namespaces etc. should be high 90s, no, but instead it appears deluge has only retained 24.58M (13.36 of 184) of the 178.4M downloaded what thu. The user that claimed responsibility for the hack indicated that more pictures and videos of the celebrities were available, but requested both Bitcoin and monetary donations to a PayPal account before. regarding kill-switches, but I mean the added issue of also leaking when VPN is fully up and running without interuption, because of said multi-homing support added. The huge leak was teased earlier this week when an anonymous user suggested that they had access to a cache of celebrities’ personal photos. With newer libtorrents, it's up to us now, to restrict further the communication - well of course have always been like that i.e. I just tested now on linux and libtorrent 1.2.11 and didn't see it as usual, but didn't test on my win10 VM sorry.
I actually posted bug-ticket about it on libtorrent github issues section, but in end it was intended behaviour concensus was, because of the added multi-homing support of libtorrent 1.2.(3 or 4)+.

I've seen this issue before on a win10 VM running the open-source client there, though strangely not when using same client on linux(running bare for testing, and not using extra protection measures). Hello all I don't know if this is deluge or the tracker - the torrent leak tests show that deluge sends them the public IP address. It's not deluge, but libtorrent and the openvpn client not restricting the routes allowed through.
